There has been a good bit of speculation in the media, spurred on by leaks from "senior aides to the President" speaking anonymously for fear of retribution, that there is a battle royale underway in the White House to gain access to and influence over President PIE. According to the leakers, that internecine warfare is being waged by the forces of Chief of Staff Reince Priebus against Special Counselor Steve Bannon and Senior Advisor Stephen Miller (probably allied with Princess Liera). So far today, it looks like the Bannon team has gained an advantage with the addition of two recruits from Breitbart -- Julia Hahn, a 25-year old former Laura Ingraham employee and populist fire-breather who helped unseat Eric Cantor when he crossed the Tea Party, and Sebastian Gorka, a British-born Hungarian (now a naturalized U. S. citizen) who specializes in national security issues relating to "irregular warfare" (counter-insurgency and terrorism) and who was arrested and charged in 2016 for attempting to carry a 9mm handgun onto an airplane at Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C.
Sounds to me like Priebus is at least out-gunned and may need some more reinforcements in this skunk-pissing match. Plus, he is at a disadvantage because his opponents are more emotionally and psychologically aligned with President PIE in the first place.
And we were worried about influence from Jared and President PIE's kids.
Come on, man.
