Well, the Democratic Party in my state of Texas has officially thrown its hands in the air and quit trying to count the results of last week's caucuses. Over one million primary voters showed up to cast their "second vote" for either Obama or Clinton. That's what happens when Bill Clinton goes around the state telling everyone everywhere that "Texas is the only state in the country where you can vote twice and not go to jail."
Surely, we are not really going to quit.
